The short board in our range. On the face you have a skateboard under your feet. You do not run back and forth but stand like a short board on the rocker. The harmonic volume flow ensures that you get easily into the waves and can shred them to the end.
The central area is relatively wide for stability while paddling the board. A narrow tail for perfect wave riding abilities. The fuller rails provide additional stability while paddling. The narrow nose also makes it easier to catch waves in offshore wind. Bottom Line: New School Wave SUP without limits.
The 3 fin set up and the narrow tail creates a surprisingly versatile board - loose and controlled surfing in small to medium waves.

Smaller and narrower than its counterpart, the Tabou SUP TEC 9’2” with 150 liters is one of the high performance models of the range, the 9’2” is a popular choice for waveriding. Requiring greater focus on balance, the board offers flat-water paddlers a serious workout. Definitely reserved for experienced surfers or athletes and a lot of fun in wave riding.

What does it matter if you have the fastest shape when you fall in the water at the slightest wave or at the buoy ? That is the reason why we search for perfect balance between hull speed and the highest possible stability when developing this brand new race board.
Working on the cad design tool, Fabien achieved the best combination of fast gliding hull and good balance for the rider. We made a nice front bow to cut through the water .That transitions into a very smooth flat middle and tail for balance. We also developed a very smooth, low rocker.
Less drag= a faster board. That's why the board has a flat tail kick, sharp edges on the back and the 30 degree tail deck panel. We have put Fabien's knowledge in water release (from 20 years of windsurfing board R&D) to minimize the drag.
We also have an extra high front bow to avoid water from passing over the deck when going through short steep chop . The outline is very narrow in front to split the water while the tail is square to keep some area to use the energy of every little wave to help you on your paddling.
All those details make the board fast and make it feel like a gliding machine. Whether racing or fitness, the new Tabou Race gives always 100 percent result. Est weight 14kg
